Time: 4:00 - 6:00 pm. This workshop is designed to build an anatomical and psychological understanding of backbends. We will experiment with props to prepare and support each individual body for postures such as, Urdhva Dhanurasana, Chapasana, Natarajasana, and Camatkarasana. The incorporation of breath work and sound will ensure these heart openers to unveil the illuminated self.
