Bread... the staff of life, and really, the stuff on which any quality bakery is judged! We are proud of our organic, artisan breads that are unmatched in the Napa Valley and North Bay. If you have eaten at any of the fine Napa Valley restaurants from the Carneros to Calistoga, there is a good chance you have enjoyed our bread. We take painstaking steps to ensure we source out only the finest ingredients, and never sacrifice quality for price. We also offer the absolute best selection in the Valley, including sourdough (cultivated from our own wine-grape based starter), sweet French, pain levain, harvest wheat, walnut bread, focaccia - even epi baguettes and other specialty breads – all made with extraordinary ingredients and care. Stop by and pick up a loaf - and taste the difference for yourself! Visit the Napa location in the afternoons and you may be so lucky to receive a warm baguette during our "late bake"

Beware... our cookies are addictive! Baked fresh every morning in our historic brick ovens, our cookies have been a Napa Valley favorite for decades. From our insanely decadent "Chocolate Rads" to almond macaroon and molasses ginger, our cookies can be found at school picnics, winery events, office parties, and home kitchens throughout the Valley. But the best place is in your hands, with a cold glass of milk or one of our Stumptown coffee concoctions. In addition to our daily lineup of these tasty treats, we love to bake our seasonal favorites - cookies for Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and of course... mom's famous iced Christmas Cookies!

We bake all of our artisan breads here in top of the line deck ovens for retail and wholesale distribution in the Napa Valley. Stop by for one of our signature breakfast sandwiches and a Blue Bottle coffee in the morning, or grab one of our "late bake" baguettes warm out of the oven after 2pm daily!
