Pilates Tower/Reformer
Time: 9:00 - 10:00 am; Our Pilates Tower/Reformer equipment classes are designed to give an incredible workout on either the Pilates Tower, and/or the Reformer. 55 minute full body workout focusing on Pilates principles with an emphasis on strength building, alignment and lengthening the entire body from the power of the core. This class is for clients who are comfortable in their Pilates practice and are ready for new challenges, with no major health or physical limitations. * If you have no experience on the Pilates equipment, we recommend you take 3 private Pilates sessions or attend our Pilates Fundamentals class to develop the basic skills to safely take a group Tower/Reformer class.
