Mint Leaf Indian Brasserie was conceived and started by Mr. Ranjit Sood in February 2008, who identified a gap in the market for an authentic, upscale Indian restaurant in Miami. Our chefs are from India and all come from a food background. They have perfected their recipesí for many years working with mentors from some of the finest restaurant and hotels in India and London. Many ingredients are flown in from India regularly including equipment such as the original granite stone grinders from Mysore which are used to make the batter for the Dosasí, Uthappams and Idliís is still ground in the original to retain the origins, delicate taste and texture of our authentic cuisine.
