About Us
Mini Hot Pot is our mixture of Chinese hot pot and Japanese Shabu-Shabu. We can unofficially refer to it as “Chinese-style fondue.”
When we opened our doors in December, 2004, our intentions were to provide a culturally new experience to our customers in the Metro Atlanta area.
Our wide variety of customers would indicate that our intentions are being fulfilled.
