We are not your typical indoor cycle class. At Mindful Movement our focus is on your heart rate. Our workout is safe and fun with great music and mindful body awareness makes riding on a stationary bike your cardio of choice! We use Heart Rate Monitors to assure you an aerobic workout in your 60-80% heart rate zone. This zone allows for maximum fat burning. Our bikes have both SPD and Look cleats. You can also wear a hard soled shoe. Towels, gel saddle covers and Heart Rate Monitors are provided. Please bring water your own water bottle, refills are free! If this is your first time to cycle at the studio, plan to come a little early to class, so the instructor can show you how to set up the bike.
