Minimum of 2 and Maximum of 4 students on one or more pieces of equipment including Tower, Reformer/Tower, and Chair. May also include props like Foam Roller, Magic Circle, and Arc Barrel. Every class is a full body workout with emphasis on the core - based in the Classical Repertoire with a blend of Contemporary movements. Prerequisite Notes: We recommend the New Client Special (2 Privates) to prepare you for a safe and effective class experience
Pilates Tower Trio
A combination of mat plus spring work utilizing our newest piece of equipment -- the Wall Towers! These are like the two ends of the Cadillac bolted into the wall with a raised mat in front. A fun and challenging combo class that works the entire body!
TRX Plus! Class
We use the TRX Suspension Trainer and other tools (that's the "Plus!") for a full-body cardio and strength workout. In each class we hit legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms, and abs! All levels welcome since the TRX is designed to help you tailor the workout to your own skill level! Bring athletic shoes!
