Millie was born in the lovely Parish of Clarendon, surrounded by all of Jamaica’s blessings: oranges, mangos, sugarcane, breadfruit and ackee. At age 12 she began cooking with her mother, preparing meals for her 5 siblings. As she grew up in the small town of May Pen, her love of cooking led her to make the food that warms your soul. Mama hopes you enjoy her love of food that comes to your plate straight from the land of rum and spice.
