Boston’s first Provence themed brasserie, Miel "Brasserie Provençale" celebrates the organic wonders and intoxicating flavors of France’s fascinating Côte d’Azur region. The French word for honey, Miel serves delightfully simple organic fare flavored with fresh Côte d’Azur ingredients including lavender, olive oil, tomatoes and honey, served in our charming and warmly decorated dining room or outdoor patio overlooking the picturesque Fort Point Channel.
Our classic New England raw bar adds some local color and flavor to the chic Euro-inspired ambiance. A private, glass-enclosed dining room features a chef’s table made from a 1,000-year-old olive tree, and an 18-foot olive oil tower sparkles with a collection of oils from around the globe.
Executive Chef Didier Montarou creates straightforward, innovative delights utilizing Southern France’s favorites of honey, olive oil, tomatoes, vegetables, herbs, and seafood.
