Our Yoga School was founded in 1990 by James Amarish Caruso. In 1995 he opened the first full-time location in New Paltz, NY. In 2002 he opened the Elite Yoga Academy here in New Windsor. We have a 2400 sq. ft. facility with a large training floor, changing rooms, and observation area. We currently serve over 200 full-time students including specialty classes for children and seniors. Over our 18 years of Yoga in the Hudson Valley, we have trained thousands of students with excellent results
