Mia Bella's owner and head chef, Youssef Nafaa presides over lunch and dinner every day and brunch on Sundays. The restaurant not only provides dine-in and carry-out, but also offers full catering services. Lunch menus include pizza, calzone, panini sandwiches, and unusual dishes like marinated quail with shrimp, and scallops with salmon lasagna. Guests can also create their own pasta or risotto by choosing from 9 kinds of pasta, 12 different ingredients and 11 different sauces. Dinners include salads, topped with asparagus, grilled hearts of romaine or smoked salmon, while main entrees include New York strip steak, caramelized halibut, and whole wheat tortellini filled with spinach. The Sunday brunch is served and guests can choose from eggs, pancakes, calzones, french toast, salmon, and omelettes cooked to their specifications.
