Combining physically demanding exercises, flexible maneuvers, and the breathtaking views, climbing provides an optimal workout for the body and mind. In this class, you'll tie knots with an eight follow-through, belay using a locking carabiner and ATC to keep your climbing partner safe, and effectively communicate with your climbing partner. Once you've mastered these techniques, you'll be ready to scale a mountain, or at least, safely pass the MetroRock belay check. Don't delay, belay!
