Hot Yoga is a complete system that allows you to feel restored and rejuvenated. The studio is kept at a temperature over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in order to prevent injury by allowing participants to stretch more deeply while also detoxifying the body, reliving stress and decreasing tension.
Hot Yoga was designed systematically; participants are guided through 26 postures in order to stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, and organ of the body. Hot Yoga is for all ages and all members note an increase in energy, strength, balance, flexibility, and mental focus.
