As part of your first visit we do a thorough interview to assess your health and establish a baseline from which to start your healing journey. This is followed by an acupuncture treatment.

Initial Bodywork Session
After an initial assessment, we have a full bodywork session. Here we will work on your concern areas but also bring awareness of any related pattern of restriction or pain. This will bring forth a bodywork treatment plan.
