This 45 minute class combines the techniques of ballet and the heat of hot yoga to create a beautifully challenging cardio and toning workout! The class concentrates on elongating and toning all muscle groups. All levels welcome!
Boot Camp
A 45 minute small group training class using balls, bands, bars, weights, boxes, jump ropes and TRX to burn fat and tone up!
Hot Yoga
A 75 minute class in a heated environment. Our Hot Yoga classes will give you a variety of yoga styles sure to strengthen your core and increase flexibility. The heated room helps get you deeper into your practice and detoxify your body. A few benefits hot yoga will provide to you are: strength, flexibility, discipline, clarity,cleansing, vibrance, peace and gratitude.
Pilates Reformer
A 50 minute workout on the spring loaded reformer and chair apparatus. Pilates is a no impact workout designed to increase long, lean muscle and strengthen the core. Each movement is guided by your breath to learn muscle control and relaxation. Benefits of Pilates include: increased muscle tone, increase core strength, increased flexibility and learning mind muscle control.
Boxing
A 60 minute intense cardio and strength building workout using pads, boxing gloves, a partner and heavy bag. This is a great workout to reduce stress and feel empowered! No experience needed, all levels welcome!
Tight N Tone "TNT"
A 45 minute full body workout choreographed to fun, upbeat music. We use barbells and weights to get a total body burn! Each body part is worked for a continuous 4-5 minutes with a quick break in between to adjust weights. This is a small group class designed to increase cardio endurance and build long lean muscle.
