Paddle Yoga
"Yoga began with the first person wanting to be healthy and happy all the time" Sri Swami Satchidananda. Enjoy being guided through a basic, intermediate, or advanced yoga practice on the calm waters around Key West. We will move through breath-work, meditation, and stretching as we progress into a flowing yogic sequence. Classes can be modified to the specific needs of attending yogis. Experience complete absorption into your practice as you add the element of water to yoga

SUPTrainX
Supplement your work out and paddle board experience with one of our dockside SUPTRAINX classes. We incorporate TRX Suspension Trainers, TRX Rib Trainers, kettlebells, and body weight exercises. The goal is to improve and maintain overall strength, core balance, and speed. Morning Class Dockside: Full body workout to increase your fitness level for paddle boarding; All fitness levels welcome. Afternoon Class Dockside: High Intensity Circuit; Paddle experience suggested

Dockside Yoga
Classes will be conducted on Indo Yoga Boards. The Indo Yoga Board is the original studio-based Yoga Board, designed to take yoga to the next level by taking traditional yoga and moving it onto an unstable environment like stand up paddle boarding. The Indo Board can be used for countless balance board exercises to improve balance, increase core strength and posture while creating a stronger and more stable body from head to toe

Choose from three, five, or seven day stays aboard our beautiful remodeled Trawler "Ponyo" docked right downtown in historic Key West bight
Accommodations include a new kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping quarters for up to four.
Many add-ons are available, but the basic retreat includes one daily SUP yoga class

Paddleboard & Kayak Tours
Navigate the inner channels, wrecks, flats, beaches and mangrove islands of the Florida Keys backcountry. The boards and kayaks are well suited for any skill level. If you're new to paddle boarding or SUP (stand up paddle boarding), you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to pick up. For those who might be uncomfortable standing, feel free to sit or kneel and enjoy the view from there. All of our trips are strategically focused in tranquil waters. Common sightings include cormorants, pelicans, ospreys, loggerhead turtles, sharks and stingrays, just to name a few. SUPing though the clear, calm, biodiversity of the mangroves is a mellow and eye-opening adventure
Snorkeling
Whether you're an avid underwater photographer, or a first-time snorkeler, you'll love our excursions to varied and colorful marine communities.
