In order to assure our customer the freshest and finest foods, there will be a few more minutes of waiting than you are accustomed to due to the fact that our food is made ready to order. Our meats and poultry are cooked over an open fire using lump mesquite charcoal and apple wood chips. Our seasonings are limited to those used in Greek cuisine. We use natural sea salt from the Mediterranean Sea, the oregano grows from the highest mountain tops of Taygetos and our premium ground black pepper grows in regions of India. The Extra Virgin olive oil and olives that we use come from John & Jenny's family owned Kalamata olive orchard in Filiatra Messinias, Greece. Our cheeses are also imported from Greece and 100% organic. Our menu offers a variety of hors d' oeuvres and other specialty dishes which are homemade daily following our grandmothers' and mothers' recipes. Our method of cooking is based on the Greek village of Psistaria which literally means "cooking meats on open fire."
