Mekong Grill, is operated by chef-owner Tai Nham, who graduated at the top of his class from the French Culinary Institute, and two other family members – his eldest sister, Hai (#2, as her younger 10 siblings refer to their eldest sister) bringing to the table recipes handed down from generations before her, and his brother-in-law, Weng, who has over 25 years experience as a chef of Asian cuisine. We will continue to serve high-quality, authentic Vietnamese dishes that have been successful with our current customers over the years. However, as our new venture brings us to Ridgewood, we are also looking to venture into new territory in menu offerings in the form of weekly specials of fused techniques and recipes from our 3 diverse chefs. We look forward to serving our new and old friends in our new location.
