No first-timers. If you have never taken Pole Dance before, please take the Intro to Pole Dance Beginner class. Learn the art of pole dance and pole fitness. This class is where you develop more from the fundamentals learned in Intro to Pole Dance Beginner. Taking this class will also get you to the intermediate level. This class is recommended to be taken at least 8-10 times before moving up to the intermediate level. Come dance, gain flexibility, strength, and agility.
