Impale Ale
Our version of a classic American IPA infused with 8 different hops – Galena, Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Citra, Cluster, Columbus, and Crystal. Lots of citrus, pine, watermelon, and late summer fruits on the nose, accompanied by maltiness, subtle sweetness, and a long, gently bitter finish. IBU of 50 and an ABV of 6%
Kilt Tilter
This Scottish beer is all about the malt. You may be able to pick up a wee hint of Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops in there but the malts are the chieftains in this Wee Heavy. A dark robust ruby beer that has malty sweetness, massive mouthfeel, hints of toffee, shortbread, and a gentle peppery undertone. IBU of 30 and an ABV of 6.2%
Oatmeal Stout
Nine malts and the darkest Belgian Candi culminate in a beer that has tastes of burnt caramel, dark roasted coffee, dark plums, figs and cherries. Robust mouthfeel and an aroma that is distinctly, molasses and cacao. IBU of 35 and an ABV of 6.7%
Black & Tan
A blend of our Irish Red and our Oatmeal Stout that beautifully highlights the roasted coffee and caramel notes of each beer. Kind of like drinking a mocha but a lot more fun. ABV of 6% IBU of 35
Session Pale Ale
A very sessionable pale ale single hopped with Cascade. The kind of drink that is suitable for any occasion. IBU of 45 and an ABV of 4.7%
Irish Red
This Irish Red is so smooth and drinkable it should be called Pierce Brosnan! IBU of 25 and ABV of 6.3%
