Active Yoga Flow
We work with each student's fitness level and personal goals to increase strength and flexibility. Everyone is encouraged to increase intensity gradually and above all without strain. The focus is on breath (always), core strength, alignment and above all, safety. Each class includes a warm up, active practice, cool down, and meditative relaxation

Active Yoga Flow - Saturday
Time: 12:15 - 1:30
A slow, meditative class focusing on stretching and opening our bodies. We start with a brief warm-up to awaken the core and lubricate the joints, then move into the quiet relaxation of poses that use props to gently open and stimulate select parts of our bodies while we soften everywhere else. A great opportunity to let go, relax and Breathe. The focus of my teaching practice is central strength and stability. We build the Gluteus Maximus, lower Abdominal and Obliques, Latissimus Dorsi and lower Trapezius muscles as the engine of movement and balance, reducing strain in the hips lower back and legs and enhancing posture and spinal alignment
Restorative Yoga - Tuesday
Time: 5:30 - 6:30

Breathe. Every breath you take has always been here. Will always be here. We draw breath from what is around us. Feel the energy of that breath enter your lungs, expand in your chest move outward through your limbs, your extremities. As it leaves your body it takes part of you with it, connects you with everything it touches, and that’s everything.
Breathe. Experience the healing power of feeling whatever is sore scared tired or torn be uplifted and nurtured by the simple act of allowing what is around you to enter your body, look around like an old friend who is eager to help you tidy up, pull aside the that injured part of yourself and tell it that everything is going to be okay.
