Surf Boards

We have the largest selection of longboard rentals available in West Maui. Sizes ranging from 8' all the way up to 12'6". We have soft tops and epoxy boards for beginners, and glass boards for the intermediate and advanced crowd! You can order your rental ahead of time if you'd like, so you are all set the day you arrive. With many different brands, styles, and sizes to choose from, we have something to fit every skill level, and wave that comes our way. Stop on by and our friendly, knowledgeable staff will get you set up and ready to catch some waves! Here at Maui's Beach House, we aim to be the number 1 rental store on Maui! All of our board rentals include super easy to use pads and straps for your car allowing you to transport your board to any surf location, and wax at no extra charge. We also offer free pick-up and delivery! (with a reservation, or as available for last minute calls). Looking for a shortboard? You're looking in the right place! We have a large selection of boards for rent or sale. If you are looking to buy a board, you can rent it first and see how it rides. Then we will apply some of the rental price to the sale of the board. This way you are not buying your board blind, and get to really try out a few boards before making your purchase. If you are looking to rent, all you need to do is give us your dimensions, and we will make sure we have the right board in stock for you. We want to make sure that we provide you with the right board for your style of surfing and the conditions of the day!

Sup (Stand Up Paddle) Rentals

We have a full line of SUP's for your rental needs. If you're a beginner, we have some of the most stable and fun boards that you can find. Or, if you're more advanced, we carry several NAISH high performance boards that are ready to rip. Also, we have some Paddle Surf Hawaii Rippers and several other brands. Just like the surfboards, if you call ahead to reserve a board, we will make sure that we have the board you need in stock for when you arrive. SUPs come with paddles and roof racks and straps for your car.

Snorkel Gear

We have a large fleet of snorkel rentals. Our gear includes mask, snorkel, fins, and dive bag. We always have snorkel gear available, so reservations are not needed.

New Makai Full Face Snorkel Mask Set

Are you ready for a whole new way to see what is under the sea? These new full face snorkel masks make enjoying the amazing sea life Maui has to offer so much easier and more comfortable. It's tubeless design will help you snorkel without the hassel of biting down on a mouthpiece, or being forced to breathe through your mouth. With this mask you can breathe normally through both your nose and mouth. The dry snorkel design ensures no water can enter through the snorkel. Even with diving! The mask technology also reduces fogging by 90%, and gives you a full 180 degree viewing area. Set includes mask, fins, and bag.

Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, and Life Vests

We rent the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas. These chairs are by far the best beach chairs that you can rent. They feature a full recline, cooler bag, shoulder straps, cup holder, and cell phone holder. We carry life vests in all sizes from infant to adult. We also have float belts in all sizes to make your snorkeling experience more comfortable. Come by and check them out, we're sure that you'll like them.

Body Boards (Boogie Boards)

We offer some of the best body board rentals on the island. We have durable boards which can be used for a big day at Honolua Bay, or for the kids at Black Rock. We also buy and sell used bodyboards, so if you have some that you'd like to sell, feel free to bring them by.

Kayak Rentals

We have a nice selection of one and two man kayaks for your paddle needs. Our two man sit on top ocean kayaks are great for tandem paddling. Tons of fun to enjoy the ocean with a buddy! You can order your rental ahead of time if you'd like, so you are all set the day you arrive. If you're renting for a week, we will deliver the kayak to your residence and pick it up when you're finished for no extra charge! That's right, free pick up and delivery! We also have pads and straps available if you would like to transport your kayak to different locations throughout your stay.

Whether it's your first time, or it's just been a long time - Maui Mike has what you need to get on the water and riding waves in no time! With small groups holding lessons far from the big groups at surf schools, we guarantee your lesson will be an intimate, memorable experience.

Private surf lessons are also good for families wanting some privacy and a genuine family experience, where you are the only people in the water.

Our surf lessons are taught away from the big surf schools, so we have the advantage of using less crowded breaks guaranteeing you more rides. Lessons are 2 hours long, and include rash guard, booties, board, a land lesson, and tons of wave time.
