Wagyu Dinners
Our Wagyu beef is raised on grass using regenerative farming practices. It is the healthiest beef we know of and is the best we have ever tasted. It's how beef should be. One way to enjoy the beef is by choosing one of the four dinners listed below. Each table may order more than one Wagyu dinner, but please keep in mind the dinners do not all have the same number of courses. Please let us know if you prefer a salad instead of a raw course.
The Matū Dinner for 2 or More
For each person: 24-Hour Bone Broth; Steak Tartare, Japanese accent; 3 oz Center Cut Filet with '47' Salad; 8-Hour Braised Beef Cheek, celeriac puree. To share: 12 oz Ribeye (or 11 oz New York Strip upon request) Grilled Broccolini, garlic, red pepper flakes
