1 Hour Reiki Energy Treatment
In a reiki healing session, the practitioner, trained to access and serve as a channel for the life force (ki or chi), places her hands on or just above the client's body in order to activate healing energy within receptive points on the body. The practitioner's hands move progressively with a passive touch through twelve positions on the body, remaining in each position for three to five minutes. As a harmonic flow of energy is strengthened, within the client and practitioner, healing occurs through the return of physical, mental, and spiritual balance.

Structural Integration Series of 10 Sessions
Ten sessions based on the Rolfing Technique, known also as Structural Integration. This is a commitment of 10 consecutive "massage" treatments designed to rebuild the body's structural alignment. It works methodically addressing sections of the body at a time, for a period of 2 hours per session. It is truly profound to see the results. This is recommended to be paced weekly for the 10 sessions. It is for local islanders or those who will be on Maui for a period of at least 10 week.

It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.
