Swedish Massage
Not just your average Swedish massage. The massage begins with gentle strokes and kneading to find bands of tension stored in your body. Then, oil is applied and the relaxing begins. This massage technique uses long flowing strokes to soften muscles, smooth connective tissue, and melt stress away. Different modalities are employed as needed; a touch of Reiki to aid in healing, a bit of reflexology to attend to achy parts, some cranio-sacral massage to release neck and shoulder tension, or a trigger-point release in the shoulder blades to relieve that sore spot.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage focuses on specific problems that need attention. If you have a backache, shoulder pain, neck and headaches, or another problem area, therapeutic massage may be the answer. Using a combination of therapeutic techniques, we will help give you the relief you seek. Often one to two treatments can solve the problem, but severe or chronic aches may take longer. The goal is to get you well as quickly as possible so you can then enjoy regular "feel-good" massages, and most importantly, life without pain.

Prenatal Massage
Oh the relief massage gives to the aches and pains of pregnancy! Massage provides soothing, nurturing touch and specialized attention to the pregnant woman's physical and emotional needs during pregnancy

Energy Therapy
Reiki Session
Reiki (Pronounced RAY-KEY). Reiki is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Force Energy". Reiki is a simple, hands-on healing method that is completely safe. Its purpose is to activate the healing energy within us. A person can experience emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual healing through Reiki massage. Reiki is not a religion or belief system; it is simply positive "Life Force Energy" that is channeled through the practitioner's hands into you. A Reiki session is done clothed; you may or may not "feel" the Energy moving in and through you.

Add on Services
Scalp Massage
$15.00
add on an extra 15 minutes to wipe away the stress and tension you are holding in your scalp. Normal services include the scalp, this is just for people who want a full session, but still want that extra time for this area. You can always ask for extra time in any area without doing an upgrade, it will just change the amount of time available for other areas. Can be added to 60 minute swedish or deep tissue sessions.
Foot Massage
$15.00
add on an extra 15 minutes to ease away the tension in your feet. Normal services include a foot massage of course, I typically spend a good amount of time on the feet in a normal session depending on how many focus areas we have. This will insure that you get an extended amount of time for the feet above what you would normally get. You can always choose to have me focus on the feet without the upgrade, it will just change how much time we can spend elsewhere. Can be added to 60 minute swedish or deep tissue sessions.
Reiki Sampler
$15.00
This is a sampler of a full reiki session. 15 minutes of energy therapy where we will clear out small energy blockages. Expect to feel warmth, or tingling and a deep relaxation. Can be added to any massage service.
Reflexology Sampler
$15.00
15 minute Reflexology treatment to help treat areas of pain and discomfort within the body. The perfect addition to a massage if you can not have deep work but need tension worked out.
30 Minute massage
$30.00
Only for use with Reiki sessions. Add on a short massage session to your Reiki service to help relax and destress making you more receptive to the healing work.
Meditation Time
This time can be either before or after your session, it is time that you can just relax on the table and decompress. I will leave the room and allow you to relax in your own space, and not have to just get up and go back to the hustle and bustle of the day directly after your session. Can be added to any service.
