Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi (Arlington)
Duration: 1 hour; Free. Have you never trained in a martial art, but are looking to do something more fun than going to the gym? This class is designed to allow you to come in at any age, any physical fitness level with zero background in martial arts, and enjoy learning BJJ. You will wear a "Gi" or "Kimono," which is a traditional heavy cotton martial arts uniform held closed by a belt, and be taught the kicks, blocks, and striking capabilities of this combat sport.
