The Marketplace Family... From Scratch
On May 20, 1993 the smells of home made stocks and fresh espresso brownies were in the Berkshire air. Owners, David Renner and Kevin Schmitz, began their mission to bring their extensive culinary backgrounds from French kitchens to your kitchen, providing wholesome food that everyone can enjoy at home. Using the best local ingredients available and lots of cooking love, they developed the recipe for a business that has proven 15 years of making our customer’s palette happy. Today, the Marketplace Kitchen is a staple within the Berkshire community, providing great food and service for your home and events big and small.
