Take the short, delightful drive through the Verde Valley’s wine country where you will find the Manzanita Restaurant and savor the delightful dishes the chefs prepare fresh daily. Founded more than 17 years ago by Swiss trained master-chef Albert Kramer, III, the restaurant boasts an eclectic menu of American, European and German specialties.
At the Manzanita Restaurant you will delight in the old-fashioned healthy cooking with soups and sauces made-from-scratch and hand trimmed meats and fish. Fresh organic fruits, vegetables and herbs straight from the garden are used when available.
