Mango Grill is a family owned business that specializes in Filipino, Spanish –Filipino and other Asian and Continental Cuisine.
My passion in cooking goes way back as a child when I cooked my first “tinolang manok” (Chicken in ginger broth) at the age of six. Since then, I spent so many hours in the kitchen during the summer with my grandmother, who was an excellent cook. She awakened this passion in me and has always been my inspiration.
I have fourteen years experience with the food business starting my entrepreneur skills in 1994 back in the Philippines when I ventured into the food delivery business in the City of Makati’s financial district. We specialized in grilled food and my original recipe of pork & chicken bbq became an instant hit among the Makati crowd
