Opened in 1995, Mancini's has been pleasing beach patrons with authentic Italian dining for the past seventeen years, making us one of the most recommended restaurants on the Maryland/Delaware coast. While we bill ourselves as a Brick Oven Pizzeria, we are certainly much more than just pizza. Styled after the classic Trattorie of Italy, we have a full menu offering including tantalizing appetizers, classic soups, traditional salads, and imaginative entrees. Seafood is our specialty with a full complement of fresh fish, shellfish and crabmeat dishes available. Many of the recipes we use at Mancini's are family favorites from my grandparents, Anna and Biagio Mancini. Add a well-balanced wine list, expertly mixed cocktails and a cozy bar and it's not hard to see why most of our patrons are repeat customers or why they recommend us to their friends.
That leads to pizza. We have the best pizza on the beach. Using the guidelines of the Naples Pizza Association, we serve the only truly authentic Neapolitan pizza in the area. Dinner plate sized, hand rolled dough (made daily) is baked at high temp (800) in our wood-fired (no gas assist) imported brick oven. Crushed tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and whole milk mozzarella ensure a pizza like no other .We use only fresh, top quality ingredients..and it shows.
