About Us
Steve developed his passion for food and cooking at a young age. He used to help his mother, Mrs. Mallie, who was a stay at home mom on a daily basis by assisting with the cooking and caring for his handicapped brother. Steve didn’t have dreams of becoming an astronaut or a police officer or even the President of the United States. Steve Mallie wanted to own a restaurant.
