Chef’s close relationships with local farmers, ranchers and fishermen will provide the ingredients for a micro-seasonal menu that evolves with peak of season. You will see him religiously on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the Santa Monica farmers market.
The outcome is quite an experience. Our dinner menu consists of; four, 4-course tasting menu options. Each menu is carefully crafted for our omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan guests.
In addition, we offer an à la carte lunch and à la carte bar only menu featuring an amalgam of ingredients derived from our dinner menus.
