All Levels Flow
A mixed-level class taught in a flow style with suggested options so all students can individualize their practice needs as they transition in and out of poses.
Flow and Slow
A delicious blend of Vinyasa and Yin yoga specifically designed by Steve to take you deep into a thoroughly relaxed state of being.
Maha 1
A flowing sequence class concentrating on more basic poses. Thorough instruction and attention to detail. Recommended for students new to yoga and for regular practitioners in need of a refresher on basics. A great class for practitioners of any level looking for a solid, thoughtful class
Maha 2 & 3
More vigorous and challenging classes taught in a flow-style, inter-linking poses through a series of movements. Emphasis is placed on general rhythm of the class with styles that vary from teacher to teacher
Maha Burn
Maha BURN is a 60-minute, mixed-level, Maha-style flow class with some extras. Core. Cardio. Strength. The total package. Get in, get out and have the best day ever
