Arla Crosier started this business as a way to server healthier lunches to the public. She created her own recipe for homemade bread when her children were young. The Magic Kitchen grinds its own flour for the Honey Wheat Bread and roasts turkey, roast beef and ham for the sandwiches. During the summer and fall the fruits and vegetables that are served are from our own valley- delivered to the Residential fruitstand daily. Specials and favorites include: Cream of Asparagus (spring), Corn Chowder (summer and fall), and BLT sandwiches (when local tomatoes are in).
