I have been in the Food, Restaurant, and Catering business for over 25 years. Recently I've been managing a local restaurant for the last 16 years, also helping out with the cooking, serving, and planning of parties. Prior to that I owned and operated my own ice cream shop for 8 years. It has been great experience and a joy for me to be involved with so many areas of the food business. Over the years a lot of my homemade dishes made it to the menu of local establishments.
