Luke’s is a family owned and operated business. Established in 1968. Luke's originated in an authentic Italian neighborhood in Chicago on Harlem Avenue and Addison Street. Our reputation has been built on one of the finest Italian beef recipes in the Chicago-land area. All of our food preparation is done according to the same techniques and standards today as it was done by the Del Principe Family years ago. Locations are still owned and being operated by the original Del Principe family in Chicago and Arizona.
