Our office hours are 9AM to 6PM weekdays. Our field hours run from 6AM to 10PM 365 days per year. Additional times available for administrative meetings by appointment!
Hiring a pet care professional is a decision to bring a personal service provider into your home and life, a person who will play an active role in the care and well being of your pet.
The Loyalty® Team approach is simple. You are assigned a Primary - the person who will care for your pet regularly, and two "backups" - one is a manager and the other a nearby team member. Your backups only engage if and when your Primary is sick or has a family emergency or takes vacation. These three people are your Loyalty® Team. The only people authorized to enter your home and engage your pet. You need these people to be skilled professionals, share the same pet care values as you, and to be trustworthy, responsible, and mature. Loyalty® begins with trust. Trust is not assumed, it is built, first between employer and employee. Loyalty® hires employees rather than independent contractors so that we can play an active role in their professional pet care education and assume ownership and responsibility for the quality of the service business we have built. Each candidate clears a complete criminal background check prior to joining our team.
Trust is followed closely by communication. Because of the independent nature of our work, strong communication skills both between the employee and employer and between the employee and YOU the pet parent are essential.
Safety follows communication! Every employee is Pet First Aid & CPR trained so that you can be sure, should a life threatening emergency take place with your pet, that our employees know what to do. Next, we instruct every member of our team in personal, home and pet safety with special focus within our Urban WalkPro™ training for dog walkers and Loyalty® LitterLab™ training for cat sitters.
We foster a spirit of positive pet guardianship through a common sense, preventative, holistic, and positive reinforcement-based atmosphere.
Finally, we constantly seek reinforcement from our employees that they love our clients pets as if they were their own. We stay in close touch, and listen to our employees discuss your pets so that even our management team feel as though they are along side each employee throughout their day.
