It's Lou's in St. Lou! Lou Boccardi's Restaurant. Almost 40 years of Great Italian FoodIn 1972 Lou "Mr. Luigi" Boccardi founded the eatery at 5424 Magnolia in St. Louis' famous Italian Hill neighborhood. Lou Boccardi arrived from his native Naples with his special recipes, and created his own unique version of the St. Louis-Style thin crust pizza. It has become a nationally known, with Lou Boccardi's pizza's shipped across the country to its many fans. In 1995 Lou's daughter, Lilly, purchased the restaurant and maintains its four-decade tradition of fine Italian food and great Pizza.
