Erected in 1951 Las Chiquitas was owned and operated by the Fernandez family for 54 years. When they closed in 2003 their head cook, Salvador Tule with the help of his wife Maria opened "Los Tules". Previously a mobile taqueria, Salvador and Maria made their dreams into a reality, that is a restaurant with an expansive menu that also caters special events. Now open for 4 years Los Tules looks forward to the revitalization of downtown and the remodeling of the restaurant.
