Featuring an elevated display kitchen in one of Miami’s most exciting restaurant spaces, Lorenzo takes cues from Chef Mantuano’s Spiaggia and Cafe Spiaggia restaurants. The menu features hand-made pastas, pizzettes from a wood-burning oven; hot and cold antipasti; crudo; meats and seafood off the grill, house-made gelato, and Italian caffè. The restaurant showcases the best imported Italian ingredients, such as Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, aceto balsamico and Parmigiano-Reggiano from Emilia Romagna and marries them with the freshest and highest quality ingredients from Florida’s farmers, fishermen and producers.
Celebrated mixologist Michael Jack Pazdon of Napa Valley’s Goose & Gander developed unique and flavorful cocktails for the venue, including Italian traditional favorites with a twist and tropical libations geared for Lorenzo’s sophisticated Miami clientele. Wine Director Cathy Mantuano pairs the menu with delicious Italian wines, champagnes and sparkling wines, with over 100 bottles and approximately 14 wines available by the glass.
