The trickster god is at it again. This beer has everything you would expect from a Witbier, the banana, fruity esters, the orange and coriander, and light malt sweetness, but with a light kick. Not overpowering, at just the slightest hint of chilies. It turns out that the joke is on him, this beer is delicious.
Grendel, Lager - IPL (India Pale Lager) 6.7% ABV 92 IBU
Appropriately named after Beowulf's monster, this dry, hoppy lager packs a hop filled punch. Slight maltiness balances fruity and piney hops and a complex and flavorful experience. With clean flavors, strong hop aroma and flavor, and a slightest of lager finish, this IPL is worthy of any hero.
ShieldWall IPA - American 7.8% ABV 75 IBU
Crisp hoppy ale with smooth citrus and grapefruit aromas and a lingering spicy hop bitterness. Add a balanced malt foothold, and you have an IPA as solid as a wall of viking shields.
Seafarer, Sour - Gose 4.5% ABV 6 IBU
A light kettle sour beer with sea salt, coriander, and bright fruity, and clove notes.
Funeral Pyre, Smoked Porter 5.25% ABV 20 IBU
Smoked Porter - Smokey and spiced, this dry porter has a smooth, sweet smoke aroma and flavor. Like all our beers, the flavor is pronounced, but not overpowering. Brewed with allspice, this porter is a unique blend of smoke, malt, and spice.
Huginn (Nitro) Stout - Vanilla 5.6% ABV
Vanilla Stout - Brother to Muninn, this dry stout is characterized by its pronounced, yet not overpowering, vanilla flavor. Roasty malt flavors, paired with a slight lingering smoke flavor are encased in a dry, yet sweet pitch black stout. Odin feared that Huginn would not return to him, as should we all.
Odinson #1 Pale Ale - American 5.9% ABV 41 IBU
The First in a new line of pale ales steming from Longship's AllFather, "Odinson" This Pale has a perfume and floral nose. The herbal and earthy notes are accentuated by the citrusy finish.
Valknut-Meg, Brown Ale w/ Nutmeg 6% ABV 26 IBU
Malty, caramel flavors and aromas mingling with spicy nutmeg. Brewed with freshly ground nutmeg, this American Brown ale is an experience unlike any other. Sweet and spicy.
Eric the Red, Red Ale - American Amber / Red 6.3% ABV 34 IBU
In the middle, between and Irish Red Ale and an ESB stands Eric the Red ale. With strong caramel malt flavors, paired with piney, resiny hops, this red ale is complex and flavorful, yet balanced and smooth.
Ragnabock, Doppelbock 8.14% ABV 22 IBU
The end of the bocks, or at least your search for one. This dark, strong lager leads with a mild ester and roasty sweet aroma. Upon tasting, one is welcomed by dark roasted malt flavor, though without the bitterness, combined with prune-like, dark fruit flavors, all ending in a flood of alcoholic warmth. This beer is truly a fate we should all welcome.
Abomination, American Strong Ale 9.3% ABV 56 IBU
American Strong Ale - This strong flavor profile combines the sweetness of lots of caramel malts with hoppy goodness and a smooth, balanced finish. Roasted malts lead the charge, followed by the smooth caramel, nutty flavors, with a lingering hop finish.
Althing, Belgian Tripel 10.1% ABV 10 IBU
This beautifully complex beer comes in at 10.1%. It has a spicy/clove like aroma with hints of banana and citrus. The taste of apricot and dried fruit balance well with a little alcoholic warmth.
Leif Lager, Lager - Vienna 5.5% ABV 37 IBU
Malty and crisp, this clean Vienna lager has clear malt notes from Vienna and caramel malts, but still balanced with a pleasant hop bitterness. With its lager crispness, this beer is great to savor throughout the day.
