The LiveFit Connect Gym offers over 80 fitness classes each week, all included in our unlimited monthly gym memberships. Our certified trainers are looking out for you! Using your feedback, goals and availability, we tailor a class schedule specifically for you when you first join. In our recommend fitness Assessment, we take a baseline of your metabolic rate, your body mass index, your body fat percentage, flexibility and your exercise capacity. When it comes to your fitness, no one can be a better friend to you. Please note that with any monthly gym membership: all group fitness classes are included. There is never an upcharge for Pilates, Yoga, Crossfit, Spinning or any other class. Lastly, your fiscal safety is important to us as well. Because we care, we have put up funds with the state to insure complete refund if anything should happen to our business! Since we are bonded with the state, there is no risk to our members.

Endurance Cross is a cardio-based, high-intensity interval class designed to stretch your lungs and challenge your personal bests. Ever wondered about your strength and ability once you have expended a ton of energy? Let Endurance Cross put your stamina to the test! Fast-paced interval training will put and keep your heart rate into your training zone. After the one-mile challenge of intervals on the treadmill, test your endurance with our strength training and hustle. With 25-30 minutes of a solid mix of strength exercises and put the principles of HIIT to work for you, and complete the equivalent of 45 minutes at a jogger's pace in half the time. Exercises change weekly, and are scaled for the fittest to the beginner. We'll have you done in 35 minutes.
Imagine top-notch metabolic conditioning with new equipment in a clean facility. If you can't picture that then you haven't experienced CrossFit the way we like it here at the Live Fit Gym. Our fitness class is great for building muscle, excellent for shedding fat, expanding your cardio capacity and lungs just pushing your body the way it was designed. You will combine compound movements such as squats and thrusters. You will experience timed cardio, rope, core and strength training. You will lift your own weight and ours, all in a safe, scalable, FUN environment. We design our CrossFit for all levels of fitness, but be ready to sweat as we alternate strength training exercises with intense cardio. You will use calisthenics, you will row, you will sweat, you will run. There is no better over-all fitness routine on which to get your sweat on. You may have heard CrossFit is challenging it's supposed to be challenging. The reward is a healthy, rock-hard physique and relationships that last beyond our walls.

Pilates Reformer at Live Fit Gym: Live Fit's Pilates Reformer classes consists of total body conditioning designed to improve muscle endurance, strength and flexibility. Our focus is on spinal alignment, core strengthening and deep breathing techniques to maximize balance and coordination. Pilates reformer was initially designed by a physician that was involved in the rehabilitation of dancers. This resistance training, and it emphasis on posture, musculature and toning, led to the Pilates exercise craze that is sweeping the international exercise world. With 10 world-class reformer machines, 10 chair and 10 mats for mat Pilates, the Live Fit Connect Gym boasts one of Broward's finest Pilates reformer studios. Stop by and observe, or take a class with one of our certified instructors. We offer 2 classes daily in the morning, 2 classes in the weekend, and several classes in the PM each week. So even if Pilates reformer is not your thing, you have nothing to lose from trying it out. The courses are challenging, difficult, but also FUN. Best yet, the first 3 are free! So what do you have to lose other than that annoying jiggle under your arms? All Levels Are Welcomed: Pilates Reformer is quite similar to our Yoga classes, all movements in our Pilates classes are progressive and regressive, meaning beginners and advanced practitioners can benefit from the same class. All levels are welcome to try out the state-of-the-art Pilates center for an amazing full body workout.

Build muscle and burn fat with our very own Masters Mr. Olympia 2002 champion Stan Frydrych. This class is designed to optimize your physique and give you that full-body development with that six-pack of your dreams. Of course you have to eat the right foods too! Experience dumbbells, bands, body weight training, our state-of-the-art machines, ropes, and cardio techniques for that full bodybuilding experience. The focus of our Yoga Foundations class is to encourage centering and receptiveness that lays the groundwork for openness both physically and mentally. Provides a safe,supportive environment to explore the basics of practicing yoga while building strength and skill. You will learn the basics of sun salutations, yoga postures and shapes, and the importance of connecting with the breath. Although this class is geared towards beginners with little or no prior yoga experience, those with some experience can benefit from revisiting essential alignment, flow, and breath-work principles. This class is not affiliated with any one style of yoga (Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, etc.); it provides students with the building blocks to comfortably access any of these styles of practice. It is recommended (though not required) that students new to yoga attend before progressing to Level 2 classes. Students can begin the class at any time and continue taking foundations for as long as they feel comfortable.

Massage is available both in-house and via appointment on out-call basis for a small up-charge.

The Massage Program of the LiveFit Connect Gym and Social Club takes wellness to a new level. Our members receive discounts on an unlimited number of massages each month by virtue of their membership. Our mission as a social club is to provide our members with healthy ways to meet others and interact. Whether you are single, a couple, or family, we will have events for you. We have several social events a week in house such as nutrition talks, couples massage training, watching sports events and dinner, outdoor soccer and sports, cooking classes, and more. We will also sponsor local trips (snorkeling, outings to sports events), national trips (skiing in Colorado), and international trips (climbing the great wall of China).
