Opened in 2006, Little Spice is the creation of two sisters: Wanlapa (Nid) and Lawan (Noi) Fuangphon in order to introduce authentic Thai cuisines to customers in Hanover as well as the surrounding areas including Baltimore. As the Executive Chef of the restaurant, Lawan has learnt most of the recipes which have been used in the family for generations from her mother, but as a passionated cook, she also went to culinary schools to learn technics and recipes of other Asian cuisines. As a result, it has revealed in the foods of Little Spice as culinary creations which are uninhabited, flexible, innovative and wild.
Our foods are prepared with little fat and are lightly cooked in order to retain original flavor, texture, and nutritional value. We understand that Thai foods are known for its spiciness; on the other hand, we also understand that each customer is not always able to handle the level of spiciness. Therefore, we are more than welcome to adjust level of spiciness to meet our customers' needs and requirements.
