All of the recipes at Little Mexico Restaurant and Little Mexico Steakhouse are those of Yolanda Palomarez's family and Socorro Estrada's family. From Green Corn Tamales and Birria that are created by Socorro, to Red Chile Tamales, Red and Green Chile con Carne, Chile Rellenos, Salsa, Chorizo and mouth watering Albondigas, which are Rosario’s recipes. Mostly family works at both locations. As the children and grandchildren have grown there have always been opportunities for them to work. All food is made fresh daily. The tamales are handmade by Yolanda and her crew weekly. Both locations are open for breakfast serving fresh Menudo daily, as well as Mexican and American breakfast selections.
