Afterburn
A range of strength and cardio movements that are meant to challenge your aerobic capacities. It's an actual calorie crusher with a strong emphasis on proper form and provides incredible results for any fitness level.
Stretching
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.
Yoga ~ All Levels
Everyone is welcome. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced yogi, we all flow together. This session focuses on longer holds, alignment, and deeper stretching. Beginners become advanced, and the advanced will deepen their practice.
Tabata
Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. You do eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise for each exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Yoga ~ Gentle
This session utilizes many tactics towards strengthening the fascia connective tissue, thus increasing flexibility and balance from the inside out while calming the mind. This session is appropriate for all levels.

Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance.
Mixed Conditioning 1 Hour
1-hour combination of the weekly sessions, a true melting pot, and a super fun way to kick off the weekend.
Strength & Cardio 1 Hour
1-hour sessions that create serious results and strong bodies. It`s designed to help you build all major muscle groups, and help you shed fat.
Yoga ~ Mysore-Style Ashtanga
Each yogi learns the sequence of poses to match their therapeutic needs. The breath leads the entire procedure. This session is excellent for a seasoned practitioner who wishes to dive into a more advanced series or a first-time yogi.
Yoga ~ Vinyasa
An ashtanga-based session where you experience mindful and intelligent sequencing. We all flow with the breath to unite the body and mind.
Yoga ~ Yin
Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to target the fascia and connective tissues, such as ligaments, thus increasing flexibility and balance from the inside out while calming the mind. This session is appropriate for all levels.

Bell Fitness is home to the AfterBurn Workouts. Our small group training workouts are only 30 minutes, and they can fit into everyone's schedule. Our specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn up to twice the fat and calories that traditional workouts burn in only half the time.
