I have been in the restaurant business about 30 years. I opened my first place, Cafe Panacea, in 1988 and relocated to downtown Fort Worth in 1994. Since then I have opened three or four other restaurants in the 90?s, done some consulting, was an executive with Super Target for over three years and helped a friend open a franchise restaurant in 2003 and 2004. I opened the doors to Lili’s Bistro on May 9, 2007 and enjoy being back in the business, seeing old friends, making new ones and doing what I love most – providing a great atmosphere, a fun and interesting menu and the best service possible.
