Hello! My name is Eva and I am mother of 5+. I went to culinary school in Goteborg, Sweden, and have been working in the restaurant business ever since then. Before I came to the States, I owned a restaurant in my hometown. Since I arrived approximately 8 years ago, I have studied American food culture. To learn everything I need to know to cater successfully, I have combined my Swedish heritage and the American culinary traditions. I have a similar approach to other caterers but with a different flavor and look. (There is so much more to the Swedish cuisine than meatballs!)
This company started with me catering to friends and family. People told me to start a catering business so that others could also experience this good tasting food. People have always told me how much they liked this kind of food, and I have never regretted it one second. Cooking and serving others is truly a big part of my life.
