Faster Stronger Project provides members with a well balanced strength
and conditioning program to prepare for the physical and mental challenges of endurance racing. This program is great for all skill levels and ages. Movements and weights are infinitely scalable allowing adaptation and progress among various athletes.

Our barbell club is for those wanting to learn olympic weightlifting movements (snatch, clean & jerk).
If you want to become a better athlete, the olympic lifts will improve your power production, flexibility, proprioception, strength, speed, etc. Within the context of athletic performance, these lifts are crucial to making a competitor well rounded and decreasing their susceptibility to injury.
We start everybody off with mobility training
to ensure they can move their joints through the full range of motion to perform these lifts. After this, we teach proper technique and educate the lifter on safety protocols. After these first two steps are done, we will help the athlete become strong and explosive!
