This class is designed for beginners who want to learn more about the sport while improving their physical and mental stature. You can attend the class looking for a workout or begin down the path to receive your first Dan or Black Belt. Ready to embark down the road to mastering the martial art? Just remember these three things: time, practice and patience. Teacher:Master Mehrdad Valian, He is an 8th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and an 8th Degree Black Belt in Kung Fu, and has been training in the Martial Arts for 39 years, starting at the age of 6. Master Valian has won the fighting championships, in Iran, at the age of 21 for 70-75kg, then went to Malaysia for a competition and won 2nd place. He has been a US National Tae Kwon Do Team coach.
