Leadership Styles & Impact on Organizations
Participants will discuss conscious and unconscious aspects of leadership styles through exercises and dialogue. This course will explore how leadership influences organizations, and how styles impact how the organization functions, communicates, and performs its intended purposes.
Insights & Intuition
We will explore what insights are, how they can be used, what role intuition plays in our daily and professional life, and how to be more attuned to what our "gut feeling" tells us.
Coach Executives, Entrepreneurs & Professionals
Participants will gain better understanding of the needs of small companies vs. large corporations, and other contextual distinctions between various professions and what coaching needs and styles are relevant to them.
Dilemmas and Decision-Making
